All items must be in original packaging and contain all parts to be returned. If a custom-made item has been properly assembled to a customer’s specifications, it cannot be returned; however, in some cases, we are happy to repair items to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation of orders prior to shipment from The Antillean Group that have been approved with PO, written confirmation, verbal confirmation, or credit card are subject to cancellation fees that may include: shipping costs to The Antillean Group, restocking fees, or full value of item on special orders.
